Features include two Finnish saunas, steam room, video room, dark room, lock and terrace. Masseur on duty from Wednesday through Sunday. Closed on Mondays.

Your First Finnish Common Sauna: What to Expect
If there is anything more Finnish than rye bread and horribly icy winters, it is the sauna. Sauna is the only Finnish loanword that has made it into the English language, and for good reason. The Finns are obsessed with sauna. Where sauna may be a luxury or occasional enjoyment in the United States, it is part of daily animation in Finland. In decades past you could find a Finnish public sauna in every neighborhood in Helsinki.
But times acquire changed, and now many homes now have saunas. But you can still visit a Finnish public sauna in the capital if you’re visiting. There used to be dozens, but now there are only a handful still operating.
The traditional sauna is wood-heated, where the embers of a dying heat provide a charming heat but minimal smoke. There aren’t all that many of this approach remaining in Helsinki, and I settled on visiting the Kotiharjun Sauna.

Big plus... there is a smoking area. It is so well ventilated that there was no inhale of it anywhere in the sauna and I only start it by chance. Very good! I really liked it. All in all, the visit is definitely worth it. But... the guests are about 85% bottoms. So it didn't work for me. Nobody can do anything about it. Now a not many more points of criticism. Tough to find, hardly noticeable from the outside. Passers-by showed me the entrance. No 'flag' outside, no neon sign. Why? Altering in the entrance area is really not nice, it's also cold. The entrance fee of 24€ is already hefty, but yes, it's the only lgbtq+ sauna in Finland! Drinks charge a lot... 3x Coke Zero €18. But free water is available in plastic cups. Sauna Vogue contains two finnish saunas, steamroom, bar, video and dark room. There is also terraces to cool down. Free wifi.
