It wasn't until the mid-20th century that nude beaches began to appear along the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts of France. Eventually they appeared in North America. Due to popular demand, I bring you a list of the nine best queer nude beaches in North America as selected by regular tourists and naturists; and from my research on the internet.
1. Haulover Beach, Florida
JUST NORTH OF world-renowned Bal Harbour in Miami Beach is a model clothing-optional urban beach. Attracting visitors worldwide, Haulover County Park offers over a half-mile of pure white sand and seashore, with parking, trash cans, concessions, restrooms, lifeguards, and signage for the clothing-optional section. This may be the most beautiful clothing-optional beach in the U.S., and the most heavily used.
Directions: From I-95, retreat at Golden Glades Interchange on to State Rd., 826 east or leave east on 125th St. Find Haulover County Park at about 150th St. on Collins Ave. (Route A1A) and park in the northernmost lot. On this island you could travel to any beach and holding hands wouldn't be an issue: every beach is LGBTQIA-friendly: it's as simple as that. Here, beaches can be wild, compact, own turquoise or almost clear liquid, can be surrounded by sweet-smelling pines or be possessed of a Jurassic rocky backdrop. In short, there's a beach to suit every taste.
Es Cavallet has the only really “official” homosexual beach, having a big same-sex attracted area that's popular with men. Then there's the beach at Figueretas, a resort popular with the LGBTQIA community, where many reasonably priced hotels are located.

First things first, we possess been asked time and time again, ‘what is a gay beach’?
The reply is quite simple.
Just enjoy the concept of a gay bar, a homosexual beach is somewhere that you can relax, be yourself, show affection to your partner and be just that little less self-conscious than you may otherwise be at any other beach.
That’s not to say you can’t execute these things elsewhere; however when we are on vacation we like to take the guess labor out of whether we may or may not experience any sort of homophobia – heading to a gay beach (for us) certainly takes any such worries away.
Naturally, queer beaches tend to be a little more liberal with many being same-sex attracted nudist beaches, a tad cruisy and generally having a more carefree atmosphere – for some (such as Maspalomas) during event events they turn into daily beach parties and have a great vibe!
